Our Mission

Then at the end of the quarter, everyone is surprised when half the list is delayed, and the other half isn’t even started. So we add another initiative to the board, hire more people, and continue planning the next quarter with a bigger and bigger list. Sound familiar?

We faced this problem with our teams, and found that the problem isn’t with the lack of resources, but with the lack of focus. After we finally challenged ourselves as leaders to prioritize and cull our numerous ideas for growth, we found our teams delivered on their projects and our business grew. This meant happy customers, happy employees, and happy investors.
